EVENTS
In Gamma Epsilon, each new member will be matched with an older member who will serve as her Big. A new member's Big will assume the responsibility of guiding her through the new member education process, initiation, and everything thereafter. Each semester, prior to initiation, Gamma Epsilon holds a Big-Little Reveal party where the new members find out which family tree they will become a part of.

Sisterhood
Each month, Gamma Epsilon's Sisterhood Committee is responsible for planning an event where members can spend time together and get to know each other on a more personal level. In the past these events have included carving pumpkins, Christmas gift exchanges, indoor camping, scavenger hunts, pool parties, fondue nights, and much more!
Formals, Retreats and Other Events
Each semester, the incoming pledge class is in charge of planning a Hoot Party for the current members. Planning the Hoot Party gives the incoming pledge class a chance to bond while exercising leadership to plan an event. Past Hoot parties have included everything from togas to 80s gear.
Hoot Parties
Members of Gamma Epsilon have the opportunity to participate in a wide variety of events each semester other than those shown above.

Formals: Each year Gamma Epsilon endeavors to hold a Spring formal where members get the chance to bring a date, dress up, and dance the night away.

Shocktoberfest: During the month of October, Gamma Epsilon participates in Wichita State University's annual Shocktoberfest. Shocktoberfest consists of multiple events including mud volleyball, mud tug-of-war and songfest.
